First day on the phones.
Yes, they actually let me speak to the public as a representative of Lloyds TSB.
Yes, I did fuck up.
But only a little bit.

      Well, yeah, not like I’m going to get sacked unless I actually start abusing the customers or making up shit;
      “Hi, I’d like to ask for my balance…?”
      “It’s a thousand pounds over the limit. The bailifs should be breaking down your door any second. I’d try and leave the country if I were you..”
