Ok, so we’ve got the flat, though finding the final flatmate is proving to be beyond a chore. There are lots of interested people so we will see.
Meanwhile yesterday was Easter Monday and therefore a bank holiday, though none of us had any work anyway. The Czech custom is to go around to women’s houses and whip them on the arse with a birch cane. Then the women have to give you chocolate or alcohol. No shit. We didn’t do this, instead we lay around in the park drinking beer and playing frisbee and then went to see Blaq Mummy, the worlds only monstercore band, who gave us a serious dirty-electro-garage-punk-with-trumpets good time.
