Bit of a quandry here – my least favourite bit of the (very good) new Klaxons album is the first half of Atom to Atom, but my favourite bit is the second half of Atom to Atom. So I’m selecting the second half of it. It’s a cheat, I know, and I’ll cheat twice again, it’s my blog. Can someone make a whole LP that sounds like this, please?

My choices seem a bit predictable at this point, but this had to be here really. Though ‘All Under One Roof Raving’ would’ve been much more interesting to talk about, this is still the obvious highlight of his two singles in 2014.

Every time I listen to a new Sébastien Tellier song I have to get over it not being as good as La Ritournelle. They usually turn out to be pretty good in their own right, of course.
